Q: When do I prune my raspberries?

Q: How do I grow a fig tree?

A: If you want fruit you must restrict the root growth in a sturdy pot or in a lined hole called 'a fig pit' in the garden. Keep very well drained but well watered, and pick small figs off in September as they won't ripen on the plant.
