Wellness Event: Creativi-TEA & Talk

Join us in Elm, Woody's Restaurant for an informal session of Creativi-TEA & Talk: Wednesday 9th October, Monday 14th October and Thursday 24th October from 11am - 12noon.

Take time for yourself or chat to others in a spacious & calm environment. No commitment required, just turn up.

We will have mindful colouring and other activities which you may wish to take part in, or simply sit & be calm.
