There are many changes which have been put in place to help keep our customers & team safe during the Covid-19 pandemic, following Government guidelines and we strongly advise you to read about these changes before you visit. See below.

Track and Trace
When visiting Woody’s Restaurant you WILL be required to scan the QR code on the NHS Track & Trace app.
If you are unable to scan this, please ensure you complete a handwritten Track & Trace form.
We highly encourage you to scan the separate Garden Centre QR code when you visit- you will see this displayed around the store.

Face coverings MUST be worn when walking around the restaurant and should only be removed when seated at a table. Our toilet facilities are open for Woody's customers only- unless in exceptional circumstances. Our team will continue to wear face coverings to help keep everyone safe.
On arrival, you will be asked if you are from one or more households.
Sitting inside: one household only, no more than 6 people per table or a support bubble.
Sitting outside: mixed households allowed, no more than 6 people per table.
Changes to seating from Wednesday 2nd December
We ask, if you can, to wear a mask at all times when using the toilet facilities. Due to social distancing and more regular cleaning routines, you may be asked to wait to use the facilities to allow this time to happen.
We are not taking bookings for tables. Afternoon Tea bookings are open for week commencing 7th December.

Allergen information is available on request- although all of our dishes are made with non-allergen ingredients, they cannot be guaranteed allergen free as they are prepared in an environment where allergens are present.

Soft Play Area
Due to the latest Government guidelines, we have
suspended all Soft Play Area exclusive hire bookings.
If you have Events booked with us or postponed events, you will receive further details via email regarding these as soon as possible.
