Delivery Services

*  Delivery days are Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 9am - 5.30pm.

*  If delivery is situated inside the ULEZ, deliveries that require our crane lorry, will be on Friday's only. For example, patio packs & bulk bags of compost and aggregate. Urgent deliveries within the ULEZ will incur an additional £12.50 charge, as well as the delivery charge to cover the ULEZ fee. For more details about the ULEZ, please click here.

*  Due to traffic conditions & other factors, we do not offer a timed delivery service.

*  To save you from waiting in for your delivery, if already paid for, light goods, such as furniture,  can be left through side gates, or put in a garage.

*  A delivery charge may apply, depending on delivery location.

*  Please note our delivery vehicles are quite large & you must be able to provide sufficient access & hard standing for unloading.

*  Hard landscape goods will be delivered to a convenient location for our vehicle.  Our team will unload only to a safe & accessible area of hard standing at their discretion.

*  For insurance purposes, goods will not be taken through a customers house or to a customers rear garden.

*  These conditions are to prevent injury to our staff or damage to goods & property.
