No Pet Dog Policy

Thurrock Garden Centre & Woody’s Restaurant do not allow pet dogs to enter the Garden Centre or Restaurant.

After careful consideration, we have decided to introduce a no pet dog policy due to several disappointing situations regarding abusive behaviour towards our team. The health and safety of our customers and colleagues is paramount. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Guide dogs and assistance dogs are permitted. We would ask that if your dog does not wear a specific harness, jacket or vest that indicates it’s role, please approach a member of our team before shopping to avoid any unnecessary questions. You may be asked to provide evidence of your assistance dogs.

Thurrock Garden Centre reserves the right to ask anyone who does not comply with our policy, to remove them from the premise with immediate effect.

Please note, we do not allow any pets in the Garden Centre & Restaurant.
