*Santa is back this Christmas with a bit of a change... he'll still be checking his list & wants to make sure you are on it!*
The perfect visit for those who want to keep it 'simple.' Meet Santa, take photos and receive an age-appropriate gift.*

If you wish to book for more than 4 children at a time, you will need to book two sessions, one after the other. Sessions are limited to a maximum number of 4 children & 4 adults.

Tickets dates & times cannot be amended once booked.

Ticket types are based on the number of people attending per session:

Child Tickets: £10 This includes a visit to see Santa, a chance to take your own photos and each child to receive an age-appropriate gift*. Entry for up to 4 accompanying adults, is included in the price.

*Age-appropriate gifts are available but at the adult's discretion, another gift may be chosen.

A child ticket must be purchased by anyone age 12 years & under who is seeing Santa. Every child must be accompanied by an adult. A maximum of 4 children per session & 4 adults per session.

We can facilitate space for buggies/prams but this does limit the space for children & adults when seeing Santa. We do encourage buggies/prams to be left outside where possible.

Your Santa visit is all inside & undercover.

If you do not choose to make an online booking, we may be able to accommodate additional bookings on the day at a particular time slot but this is not guaranteed and is at the discretion of the Santa's Helper on duty.

Refund/Exchange of tickets
TICKET DATES & TIMES CANNOT BE AMENDED ONCE YOU HAVE BOOKED. You are not entitled to a refund for the purchase of tickets you make online unless the event is cancelled by the event host or the event date/time is changed. If you are late for your booking time, you will not receive a refund and will only be able to reschedule should we have enough space. This is at the discretion of Santa's Helper on the day.
