Santa is back this Christmas... he'll be checking his list & wants to make sure you are on it!
The perfect Grotto for those who want to keep it 'simple.' Meet Santa, have photos taken and receive an age-appropriate gift.

If you wish to book for more than 4 children at a time, you will need to book two sessions, one after the other. Sessions are limited to a maximum number of 4 adults & 4 children.

Tickets dates & times cannot be amended once booked.

Ticket types are based on the number of people attending per eight minute session:

Child Tickets: £15 This includes a visit to see Santa in his Grotto, photo opportunities and an age-appropriate gift each. Entry for one accompanying adult is also included in this price.

A child ticket must be purchased by anyone age 12 years and under who is attending Santa's Grotto. Every child must be accompanied by an adult. A maximum of 4 children per session.

Adults: £2 Additional adult tickets can be purchased. Every adult attending Santa's Grotto must be included in the ticket numbers. Maximum of 4 adults per session.

If additional adult tickets are not purchased as part of your online booking, we may be able to accommodate additional adults on the day but this is not guaranteed and is at the discretion of the Grotto Helper on duty.

We ask that if you choose to bring buggies/prams to Santa's Grotto, they cannot be taken into the Grotto Cabin itself as we do not have space for this. There is space outside the cabin door.

The Grotto is under cover but outside so please dress appropriately.

If you do not choose to make an online booking, we may be able to accommodate additional bookings on the day at a particular time slot but this is not guaranteed and is at the discretion of the Grotto Helper on duty.

Refund/Exchange of tickets
TICKET DATES & TIMES CANNOT BE AMENDED ONCE YOU HAVE BOOKED. You are not entitled to a refund for the purchase of tickets you make online unless the event is cancelled by the event host or the event date/time is changed. If you are late for your booking time, you will not receive a refund and will only be able to reschedule should we have enough space. This is at the discretion of the Grotto Helper on the day.
