Start & Finish times
The event starts at 9:30am and finishes at 10:30am.
* Who needs a ticket & what's included?*
Everyone that attends this event is required to purchase a ticket - 3 options:
- "Child's Ticket" £26 - (applicable for children age 12 months & over) must be purchased for all children aged 12months and over at the time of the event- they will have a cooked breakfast or warm American style pancakes drizzled with chocolate sauce and served with fresh, mixed fruit* and a meet and greet at their table with GRlNCH. Adults can only attend with a paying child & each adult requires an "Adult Ticket.
*Child's cooked breakfast includes scrambled egg, a pork sausage and a toasted crumpet. Child's pancakes with fresh, mixed fruit includes strawberries, raspberries and banana.
When booking, please state whether the child would like a child's cooked breakfast OR pancakes & mixed fruit, as well as any allergies/dietary requirements. Please note, our kitchen is NOT a nut-free environment. If this is not specified, a cooked breakfast will be provided for the child.
- "Baby Ticket" for Children aged under 12 month (at the time of the event) £5 - applicable for babies younger than 12months but they will not receive breakfast. They will have a meet & greet from the character at the table. Every 'baby ticket' purchased will receive a fruit pouch, suitable from 4 months of age. If applicable, please remember to state if you require a highchair in the booking form. Due to space restrictions, we cannot accommodate prams or pushchairs in the event - car seats are fine.
Baby's can attend the event with a "Baby Ticket" when attending with a paying child. If a paying child is not attending, please book a "Child's Ticket" for your Baby.
If you would like your 'baby' to receive a child's breakfast, please book a 'Child Ticket' instead.
- "Adult Ticket" £10 -ALL adults attending will require a pre-booked ticket which includes a pre-ordered Breakfast Roll & refillable tea or coffee.
One Roll Filling (bacon, sausage, fried egg OR vegan sausage) must be pre-ordered on the booking form as well as a refillable coffee or tea (does not include speciality teas or coffees,) or water.
You may take your own photos with GRlNCH at your table, but please remember he needs to see all of the children before 10:30am.
Food will be served a table at a time. Additional food may not be purchased from the Kitchen on the day but food from the Servery can be purchased. Only pre-ordered food from the kitchen will be served to those attending the event. Please note, changes to your order cannot be made once the booking is completed.

Refund/Exchange of tickets
You are not entitled to a refund for the purchase of tickets you make online unless the event is cancelled by the event host or the event date/time is changed. Once you have checked out, no amendments can be made to your booking.
