Wellness Event: Chair Yoga
Join Andrea, Holistic Therapist for Chair Yoga to enhance positive mental wellbeing on Friday 25th October from 10am - 10:45am in a our private event space, Elm in Woody's Restaurant.
Please arrive 5mins before the start of the session.
Andrea strongly believes that if you can breathe, then you can do yoga.
Yes, you can do yoga... you don't need to be flexible, strong and bend yourself into pretzel shapes to enjoy yoga!
Please come along and join Andrea for this calming & gentle practice which can help cultivate feelings of agency (the sense of control that you feel you have in life,) reduce inflammation, boost your energy & even make your heart do a happy dance! Plus, let's not forget about easing those achy joints!
But wait, there's more! This gentle practice is a fantastic way to chase away loneliness and build a cosy community where support flows like a warm cup of tea. At it's core, yoga isn't about poses or breath; it's about crafting better, healthier relationships - with yourself, with others and with the universe!
It's all about that sweet connection and realising we are all in this together! The more we vibe with ourselves and those around us, the more happiness, joy, and freedom we can sprinkle into our lives!

Tickets: £6 each
Everyone attending this event must purchase a ticket in advance. This includes a 45minute seated yoga session with Andrea. This is an adult only event and suitable for all abilities.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring socks to wear, if you are able to. You are welcome to bring your own bottle of water to drink duration the session.
